Frost

Thank goodness for change.  I am definitely a four seasons kind of gal.  It reminds me of the biggest lesson I've learned from moving six-plus times: there is good and bad everywhere you go.  So while  I crave the sunshine and barefoot ability of summertime when its freezing, I'd be sad to miss the beauty and bundle of winter.  I walked home from school today and noticed all of this frost on the branches.  Isn't it breathtaking?  So I went home and dropped off my schoolbag and picked up the camera.  I think I can handle the cold for a little while longer.

(I'm especially glad that I could capture this next photo.  It wasn't actually snowing today.  This is just the breeze blowing off the frost from the trees.  It looks like glitter.)

p.s Um... I'm kind of proud of these pictures.  What do you think?

I was going to comment on the quality of the photos. I really like the middle one. Beautiful. It almost does make me miss the beauty of winter.

Love your attitude and your photos. They are beautiful and elegant--like you.

I just wish winter would be a little shorter around here (NY). : ) I am really ready for Spring!
